Though this board or the centre is not managed by the Nadwatul Ulama, yet its founder and the leading authority are the rector and the scholars of the Nadwatul Ulama and the head office and key sections too, are established in the premises of Nadwatul Ulama. It is very closely related to Nadwatul Ulama and is in complete coordination with it in the specific objectives and functioning method. Not only various organization and circles of the country and innumerable sympathetic and Allah fearing Muslims but also the far sighted religious scholars of the foreign countries advanced to extend their great and warm welcome to the Majlis. The members and literary circle of the Majlis have extended their full support in writing many valuable and unique books and those books were published by this organization. It has since 1959 earned a high place among the theological and literary circles. Its publications are viewed with a great appreciation in the country and abroad as well, and it possessed distinctive place in the context of some very important aspects.

The Majlis has started the publication works simultaneously in four languages Urdu, Arabic, English and Hindi. It has now started literary publishing works in Bengali language. The major part of the publication works of the Majlis is very much appreciated from the point of educative, literary aspect in the foreign countries the Majlis has published more than 400 books in various languages.
